Bradley & van der List Prosthetic and Orthotic Services is a veteran-owned business committed to providing quality, individualized, and patient-centered prosthetic and orthotic care to those in need.
We are here to contribute back to the community that helped shape who we are today, as we aim to expand access to specialized prosthetic and orthotic services and reduce barriers to care throughout Merced and the surrounding Central Valley.
Our mission is to provide care to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. We strive to serve as a dependable local resource and to work collaboratively with other prosthetists, orthotists, allied health professionals, and physicians to promote the best outcomes for the patients we see.

Devices are fabricated in-house or through trusted fabrication partners, then fit and adjusted here in the clinic.
Your visit
We review your prescription, history and goals, and assess how you move.
We capture the shape of your limb with a 3D scan or a traditional cast.
Your device is built to your measurements and activity level.
We fit, align and adjust until it is comfortable and works for you.
We check in as your needs change and handle repairs and adjustments.
About
Bradley & van der List O&P Services is a veteran-owned practice founded by Michael Bradley, CPO. Mike grew up in Merced, served in the U.S. military, and came home to bring orthotic and prosthetic care closer to the families who need it.
You see the same certified practitioner at every visit, from your first evaluation through every adjustment. Billing is done in-house, so questions about coverage get answered by someone who knows your case.
For patients & referrers
Most devices need a prescription from your physician. Call or email us with your name, your doctor, and what you need, and we will help you with the next steps, including insurance questions. We also serve California Children's Services (CCS) patients.
Send referrals and prescriptions by fax to 209-626-5064 or by email. Include the patient's diagnosis, the requested device, and supporting chart notes so we can schedule the evaluation quickly.
